• You’re welcome to share the work via links or social media but do not copy, reproduce, or use the images in any other context without written permission.

• The content on this website is shared for the purpose of promoting Moments of Japan and related creative work which is protected by copyright.

Embedded Content (e.g. Instagram)

• These follow the terms of the platform they’re hosted on, and I do not collect any data from them directly.

Terms of Sale

Orders & Pricing All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. By placing an order you confirm that you are providing current, complete, and accurate purchase information. Moments of Japan reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion.

Payments Payments are processed securely via Stripe. I do not store your card details at any point. All transactions are encrypted and handled in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

Shipping & Delivery I aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon handover to the carrier. I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs processing.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order price or shipping cost. I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be — I'd recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you're unsure.

Returns & Refunds If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact hello@momentsofjapan.com within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a photograph of the issue. I will offer a replacement or full refund at my discretion.

For change-of-mind returns, the item must be returned unused and in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Return postage is at the buyer's expense. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. I am unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or damaged after receipt.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting hello@momentsofjapan.com. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled and the returns process above will apply.
